Chop and Store Garlic.

In many Asian stir-fry dish usually use garlic to make the dish became aromatic. This is very useful to help you cut preparing time and it can keep in fridge at least 1 month.
You will need:
- garlics
- oil (any kind, in this case I use vegetable oil)
- bottle/jar (make sure it really clean)
*add garlic and oil little by little, make sure that oil cover all garlic
***if your soap can't eliminate garlic's smell, try to use tooth paste to wash your hand ;)
