Fried chicken with fish sauce (kai tod nham pla)

In Thailand have many fried chicken style, so this style should be the most easiest of all. Great with Som-Tam and sticky rice. They have salt and sweet flavor. I cut between 2 bones, the result are they can absorb more flavor and easy to eat :)

You will need: (1 serving)
  • 350 g. chicken middle wings
  • 1 ts. fish sauce
  • 1/2 ts. sugar
Just a few ingredients and easy to make Enjoy :)
