The easy meal which full of nutrition :) they come with vegetable meat and rice. We traditional serve with spring onion, lime wedge and fish sauce with chili. You can change meat into any kind, chicken, pork, squid or crab meat.
You will need:
- 70g. shrimps
- 40g. tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 40g. onion (or quarter of small one)
- 30g. Chinese kale leaves (Chinese broccoli)
- 200g. cooked rice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 ts oyster sauce
- 1 ts fish sauce
- 1 ts sugar
- cooking oil for frying :)
Garnish:
- some spring onion
- lime wedge
