I ate this for dinner today. So in this dish have no herb like Tom Yam but it has same flavor, sour and spicy! So today I made pork but in restaurants have many kind of meat and many kind of Tom Yum Noodles. They have many step to make it but the taste are great to deal with. Well, I'd like to learn "guay tiao tom yum"
I've been to Thailand for 3months and I love Thai food.
Especially guay tiao, Pad thai, Som tam Thai and pad ka praw moo sap I love!!!! I'd like to guay tiao tom yum. If you mind can you teach me? I'll wait for your recipe here^^
