Stir fried fish with Chinese celery (pla pad kheun chaai)

Pla pad kheun chaai great for side dish and great for serve as a single dish with rice. Healthy dish for every one easy to make, just a few ingredient, every house in Thailand usually have all ingredient on hand just buy some fish and Chinese celery which appear in all market :)

Pla inThailand mean fish. can use any kind of fish you like. The Chinese celery is same flavor with regular celery but they have more strong flavor and less water. I like to use it garnish in our soup and more.

You will need : (1 single dish serving)
  • 100 g. fish
  • 100 g. Chinese celery
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 2 Thai chilies (chopped)
  • 1 ts. sugar
  • 1 ts. fish sauce
  • 1 ts. soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. oyster sauce
  • cooking oil for frying
  • water
