Stir fried fish with Chinese celery (pla pad kheun chaai)


Pla pad kheun chaai great for side dish and great for serve as a single dish with rice. Healthy dish for every one easy to make, just a few ingredient, every house in Thailand usually have all ingredient on hand just buy some fish and Chinese celery which appear in all market :)

Pla inThailand mean fish. So..you can use any kind of fish you like. The Chinese celery is same flavor with regular celery but they have more strong flavor and less water. I like to use it garnish in our soup and more.

You will need : (1 single dish serving)
  • 100 g. fish
  • 100 g. Chinese celery
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 2 Thai chilies (chopped)
  • 1 ts. sugar
  • 1 ts. fish sauce
  • 1 ts. soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. oyster sauce
  • cooking oil for frying
  • water
